Located in the Westminster area on Caxton Street between Broadway and Buckingham Gate. The Hotel is adjacent to St. James's Park and lies half way between Victoria Station and Parliament Square. A few minutes walk away are Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
The hotel was built on the site of 15th century monastery commissioned by Henry VII in memory of St Ermin. After the monastery fell into disrepair, mansion flats were built on the site during 1887-89. Finally, the building was converted into a hotel at the beginning of the 20th century.
The hotel boasts 19 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 200 people. In addition you will find Caxton Bar, Crystal Room restaurant and restaurant Allegro Con Brio for fine Italian dining.

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Disability Discrimination Policy Statement
Jolly Hotel St. Ermin's is a listed building, it is recognized as of special architectural and historical interest. It is a charming, Victorian property, any alterations must respect the character of the building and must first receive listed building consent.
However, the company has undertaken a disabled access audit in 2004 and is instituting a programme of extensive improvements to access to the hotel. As part of this programme the company welcomes suggestions on improving disability access.
We are committed to making our facilities as accessible as possible to customers with special needs within available resources. No guest should be prevented from accessing the hotel.
Access to the hotel is currently being adapted with ramps and other equipment to offer access to those with physical disabilities. This information will also be made available in Braille and large print.
The hotel will be happy to assist where people require specific help or facility information.
Directions from airports to the hotel
• HEATHROW Airport
Take the Heathrow Express and you will arrive at Paddington Station in 15 minutes. Take a cab (15 minutes) or the underground (District or Circle Line) to St. James Park (15-20 minutes)
• GATWICK Airport
Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and then a cab (5 minutes) or the underground through the District or the Circle Line to St James Park (5 minutes)
• STANSTEAD Airport
Take the Stansted Express and you reach Liverpool Street in 45 minutes. You may then take a cab (20-30 minutes) or the underground (Circle Line) to St. James Park

Follow the signs to Central London and head to Parliament Square or Victoria Station and the hotel is 5 minutes distance from both directions, off Victoria Street, opposite New Scotland Yard.
